Berlin – Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) has advised several Business Angels on the sale of their shares in Cash Payment Solutions (CPS). As part of the transaction other investors also sold their shares in CPS. These include the ALSTIN Group led by Carsten Maschmeyer, REWE and Berlin Technologie Holding (BTH). The new main shareholder of the German FinTech CPS is the Japanese GLORY Group, which specializes in the development and manufacture of ATMs and ATM systems. The closing of the transaction is currently subject to regulatory approval.
