SMP advises German-Austrian FinTech on its latest financing round

Berlin - SMP has advised the Berlin Fintech on its latest financing round. Leadinvestor was Calm/Storm Ventures, a new fund initiated by Lucas Polagnoli and Michael Ströck. In addition to Calm/Storm Ventures, business angels and existing investors invested in the Fintech company specialized on real estate lending. was comprehensively advised on corporate and regulatory matters by a team led by SMP partners Benjamin Ullrich and Lennart Lorenz.
