Berlin - SMP advised the Berlin-based early-stage investor Project A on its investment in the software company Pactum. Project A led the seed financing round with a total volume of USD 3 million. In addition to the lead inves-tor, existing investors participated, including DocuSign. Project A was again legally advised by a team led by SMP partner Martin Schaper. Together with Martin Schaper's team, the U.S. law firm Buhler Duggal & Henry LLP and COBALT from Estonia provided legal advice.
