Berlin – SMP advised the Munich-based tech startup everstox on its growth financing. The growth capital was provided by Global Founders Capital (GFC) and Capnamic Ventures. Thus, in addition to its existing investor Flash Ventures, everstox has attracted two further renowned sponsors for the expansion of its digital logistics platform. The company now plans to use the raised growth financing to further expand its team, develop its tech platform and drive forward the expansion of its network of independent warehouse logistics providers. During the financing process everstox received comprehensive legal advice from a team led by SMP partner Frederik Gärtner.
"Global logistics markets are becoming increasingly complex and therefore often inefficient. With its own cloud technology and in-house developed Logistics-as-a-Service software, including corresponding smart features, everstox is setting a new standard for sustainable logistics. We are very pleased to have advised everstox when further supporters invested in the company," says Frederik Gärtner.
everstox, a successful startup from Munich, is the developer and operator of the Logistics-as-a-Service platform of the same name, which offers scalable and data-driven warehousing and fulfillment for e-commerce, B2B and retail via a network of independent European logistics service providers. The company is gradually building the first technology-driven and independent network of renowned warehouse logistics and fulfillment partners, and thus enabling transparent, efficient and eco-friendly logistics solutions across Europe. With the everstox team of experts, merchants benefit from optimized processes, sound market knowledge and strategic advice. For merchants, this means a clear competitive advantage in sales. The company is led by its three founders Boris Bösch, Felix Haberland and Johannes Tress. More information about everstox and its Logistics-as-a-Service is available at www.everstox.com.
