Michael advises companies, shareholders and board members on all questions of corporate law. His practice focuses on corporate disputes.

Michael studied law in Cologne and at the Université Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). As a research assistant and during his practical legal training, Michael worked at various major international law firms as well as at the German Embassy in Wellington (New Zealand). 

Before joining SMP, Michael was a Senior Associate at Hengeler Mueller in Düsseldorf.
